Job Responsibility:
· Develop potential new market for force sensor/load cell, and promote force sensor/load cell in target markets;
· Generate force pipeline in new market, develop new channel for force business to assist force business growth;
· Meet or exceed sales budget with direct customer responsibility for specified customers;
· Market and competitor information collection, analysis for specified markets;
· Customer relationship management and maintenance;
· Commercial responsibility in terms of quotation, contract and price negotiation with customers;
· Maintain customer information in CRM
Qualification:
· Bachelor degree or above in electrical engineering or equivalent;
· 3 years or above sales working experience on force sensor/load cell or industry;
· Familiar with industry market and medical market, such as test machine, test or assembly equipment integrator, mixing tank and medical equipment;
· Be good at negotiation with strong influence capability to convince target customers;
· Be passionate, initiative, aggressive, integrity and creative, willing to work under great pressure and travel frequently;
· Be familiar with sales tools, like CRM
· Fluent in both spoken and written English is a plus;
· Familiar with office software, sales tools
