职位描述

1. 负责所有人力资源模块,包含组织架构、招聘、员工入离职、人力资源相关政策、培训、薪酬福利,并确保符合中华人民共和国劳动法律法规。

Responsible for all human resources functions, consisting of company organization, recruitment, employee entry and exit, HR related policies, training, compensation and benefits and ensure it compliance

with PRC labor laws and regulations.

2. 根据公司短、中、长期的业务目标,开发、评审和实施人力资源政策和计划。

Develop, review and implement HR policies and plans according to

company short, medium and long term business goals.

3. 建立公平、合理、有竞争力的薪酬和福利政策旨在吸引、激励和留住员工。

Establish fair, equitable and competitive compensation and benefit

policies aimed at attracting, motivating and retaining employees.

4. 负责建立、加强人力资源政策/程序。

Establish/reinforce HR policies/procedures.

5. 推出年度绩效考核项目,目标管理程序,基于结果和部门经理进行薪资评估。

Roll out annual performance appraisal project, management by

Objectives program and conduct salary review based on the result along with department managers.

6. 进行定期评审/研究劳动力市场的工资劳动立法的趋势和变化,提出适当的建议。

Conduct regular reviews/studies of the labor market, wage trends and

changes in labor legislation and make appropriate recommendations.

7. 负责组织员工劳动关系管理工作,规避劳动用工法律风险, 协商解决出现的劳动争议和纠纷。

Responsible for employment relations management, avoid the risk of

employment, handle and solve the labor disputes.

8. 拟定行政管理的相关制度与流程, 监管行政日常作业。

To formulate administrative regulations and processsupervise the daily tasks of administration.

9. 负责企业文化的营建与推广,推动公司战略实现。

To be responsible for the construction and promotion of enterprise culture, promote company strategy implementation

10. 负责部门管理工作,确保部门职能的有效发挥。

Responsible for the management of HR & Admin department, ensure department functions effectively worked.
