Responsibility:
Ø This position will work as a key HR expertise to manage employee communication channel and activities, monitoring employee discipline actions and handle labor issues to ensure a healthy employee relationship, and manage plant admin services.
Ø Maintain various communication channels to ensure effectiveness
Ø Develop annual communication plan and ensure 100% completion, deliver key messages to employees and management team
Ø Organize regular employee communication meetings & activities, follow up relative corrective actions for employee suggestions and complains.
Ø Work with Welfare Committee to organize big employee events and charitable activities
Ø Organize employee opinion survey & tracking completion of all the corrective actions
Ø Monitor the impletion of the company policy and regulations
Ø Keep abreast of law and regulations change and adjust internal policy and process accordingly
Ø Guide & support functional heads to handle employee grievance and labor issues
Ø Review and maintain employee rewards and disciplinary records, keep fair and consistency
Ø Responsible for plant admin management, include shuttle bus, cafeteria, uniform, car rental, guard and etc. In charge of nurse and clinic management, arrange annual health check and occupational health check
Ø Act as a key member in Safety Committee, assist to investigate safety accidents and complete safety accident report timely
Requirements:
Ø University degree & above
Ø At least 7-8 years’ employee relation working experience in manufacturing environment
Ø Familiar with labor law and regulations
Ø Fluent in spoken and written English
Ø Mature and good interpersonal skills & organization skills
Ø Positive thinking and good cooperation
